Overview:
We supply replacement air cooled heat exchangers that are typically drop in interchanges, and in some cases where a drop in replacement is suitable we offer a thermal replacement that will meet or exceed the performance of the original OEM unit.
Air cooled exchangers are most commonly used in applications where the desired outlet temperature can be achieved within ambient room/atmospheric conditions. In addition to this, air cooled exchangers are typically the simplest solution as there is no need for additional pumps for cooling water circulation or costly utility bills for purchasing water and then dumping it to sewer.
Common air cooled applications include engine oil cooling, lube oil cooler, glycol and water cooler, compressor aftercoolers and intercoolers, and JWC coolers.
